Dubai-issued files are generally handled through GDRFA Dubai, while files from the other emirates use ICP. The visa’s issuing authority matters more than where you currently live. Your residence copy or application receipt can help identify the correct system.
Enter accurate passport details
The request form asks for the passport number, nationality, date of birth and passport expiry. Enter them as printed in the passport. Review every field before continuing; a spelling or date mismatch can prevent a file from being located.
Your request is reviewed by you
The website prepares a message that you can send on WhatsApp. It does not automatically query an immigration database or display a live government result. Nothing is sent until you choose to continue and send the message in WhatsApp.
Understand what a result means
Ask for the file status, expiry and any applicable grace period together. An expired card and an expired immigration file are not always the same enquiry. Travel plans, cancellations and changes of status should be assessed against the authority’s current record.
